What is the speed of T-mobile 3G network

Sometimes, I feel the speed of 3G network is even slower than dialup speed. Today, I use bandwidthplace.com to test t-mobile 3G network. In the late afternoon, I ran it in San Jose, CA, and the speed is about 14KiloBytes per second; In the late night, I ran it in Sunnyvale, CA. I tested it three times and speeds are about 58.2, 79.95, 114.21KiloBytes per second respectively.

What are memory and CPU of G1 and iPhone?

For gphone, it shows that on HTC Product website http://www.htc.com/www/product/g1/specification.html, ROM is 256MB and SDRAM 192MB. The CPU is Qualcomm® MSM7201A™, 528 MHz. By default, it has 1G microSD memory card. 1G MicroSD memory is not the main memory, it's a persistent storage.

For iphone, it shows that on Apple website http://www.apple.com/iphone/specs.html, DRAM 128MB. The CPU is 620 MHz ARM 1176, underclocked to 412 MHz. It has 8G or 16G flash memory as a persistent storage.
